[FULL] The Cason Community Garden Tribe is a group of volunteers learning how to harvest their own organic food in a local community garden. This week we will begin the process of "solarization". Solarization is an organic method that utilizes the radiant heat from the sun to weaken and kill fungi, bacteria, nematodes and weeds. In this environmentally friendly process we drench the soil prior to covering with plastic.
